Day 1

A scenic drive from Kathmandu brings you to Pharping, where prayer flags flutter and monastery bells echo softly through the valley. Upon arrival, check in at Neydo Hotel & Retreat Centre and settle into its serene atmosphere.

Afternoon

  • Welcome herbal tea & retreat orientation
  • Introduction to mindful living and monastery etiquette

Evening

  • Gentle Yoga & Breath Awareness Session (60 minutes) to release travel fatigue
