Daily activities begin in the tranquil Bhramha Muhurta with mindful forest observation, followed by yoga, pranayama, and meditation sessions tailored to each guest. Throughout the retreat, guests experience a variety of rejuvenating Ayurvedic therapies—such as Abhyanga, Sirodhara, Kati Basti, and more—alongside sauna sessions, mindful walking, sound healing, and forest bathing. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly greeted and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, take the day to rest and recover from your journey or enjoy a gentle stroll through the nearby streets. Soak in the sights and sounds of this vibrant city nestled in the lap of the Himalayas. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
After a nourishing breakfast, start on a short heritage walk through the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kathmandu Durbar Square. Discover centuries-old palaces, courtyards, temples, and the living goddess Kumari’s residence—offering a glimpse into Nepal’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage.
Later in the day, you’ll travel to the serene wellness retreat nestled in nature.
On arrival, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink and check-in. After light sattvic snacks, meet with an experienced Ayurveda doctor for a consultation to explore your prakriti (body type), health history, and personalized therapy plan. Experience a rejuvenating Abhyanga, a full-body massage with specially prepared medicated oils. The day concludes with a personalized yoga orientation session, followed by a gentle yoga, pranayama, and dhyan practice. Enjoy a calming Ayurveda sattvic dinner and settle into the peaceful rhythm of the retreat.
Wake up during Brahma Muhurta, the auspicious pre-dawn hour, and engage in mindful observation of the forest view, birdsong, and morning sky. Begin your day with usha paan (warm water therapy), followed by morning rituals and a refreshing shower. The morning yoga session will guide you through asana, pranayama, and meditation practices, awakening your energy.
After a sattvic breakfast and a 10-minute mindful walk, indulge in a restorative Ayurvedic therapy (such as Sirodhara, Kati Basti, or Nasya), followed by a detoxifying sauna session. Enjoy a wholesome sattvic lunch, then spend the afternoon forest bathing or receiving an additional healing therapy. As the day winds down, experience the vibrational healing of sound therapy to calm and balance your energy. A nourishing sattvic dinner and a campfire under the starscreate the perfect end to this rejuvenating day.
The day begins once again in Brahma Muhurta, embracing nature’s serenity. After your warm water ritual and morning routines, participate in a deeply grounding yoga, pranayama, and meditation session. After a sattvic breakfast and mindful forest walk, you’ll enjoy one last personalized Ayurvedic therapy session, followed by time in the sauna. A final sattvic lunch is served before you say goodbye to the retreat and return to Kathmandu in the afternoon. Check-in at your hotel and relax for the evening.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure. You leave Nepal carrying not just memories, but a renewed sense of vitality, peace, and harmony—your inner self restored and rebalanced.
